Changing your IT supplier can seem like a daunting task, but we’re here to make sure that the change is seamless.
You can completely relax as we do all of the ‘behind the scenes’ work to ensure that the change is really painless for you and your business.
Once you agree to work with us, we kick off our tried and tested onboarding process. We’ll first book a ‘discovery’ day at your office where an engineer will spend time documenting your entire IT network. We’ll then send a request for information document to your existing IT provider to complete the knowledge handover.
After that, the day before our IT support officially begins, we’ll book an induction day at your offices to officially ‘take over’ your IT systems. Here, you’ll get to know our staff and learn how to contact us for support.
We’ll also address any existing IT frustrations you may have. We take on new IT support customers every month, so you can be safe in the knowledge that we know what we’re doing.

Yes. Our minimum contract term is 12-months. However, we are happy to give you a
90-day trial of our support. We are confident you’ll love the service.
Our billing is simple and is based on how many IT users you have in your business. We
charge a fee per user/per month for our support service.
Our support fees start from £25.00 per user/per month.
Your Office 365 billing can easily be transferred from your current provider to
Integral IT. This is very straight forward.
Our standard helpdesk is open from 08:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday. Some customers do
have extended business hours and we can support your business out of hours and during the weekend.

Our head office and helpdesk are based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire but we do
support businesses all over the UK.
We have a premium service-level-agreement built into all of our agreements. We will
respond to any IT issue within 60 mins (although much quicker!). We understand the importance of
your IT systems to the running of your business.
