How much do you charge for IT support?
That very much depends on the size of your business and the number of servers and PC’s that need to be supported. Our IT support rates are very competitive.
What's included in your IT support costs?
We try to include as much value as we can into our standard IT support contracts. Our standard IT support package includes unlimited remote IT support, onsite visits, preventative maintenance, anti-virus management, third-party software management and much much more…!
Is there a minimum contract period?
Yes, the minimum contract period is 12 months but we’re happy to to begin with a 3-month trial period.
Do you offer guaranteed response times?
Yes. All your IT issues will be responded to within 30 mins of them been logged with our service desk. We resolve 95% of all issues within 20 mins.
How do we contact you for support?
You can contact us by telephone, email or via our support portal.
Do you provide onsite support?
Yes we do. If we are unable to fix any IT issues remotely then an engineer will visit your office. We also provide your business with one scheduled visit to your office each month for routine maintenance.
Will you support our existing hardware and software?
Yes, absolutely. Before we commence our support of your systems, we’ll complete a comprehensive onsite survey/audit. If there are any risks or performance issues that come to light then we’ll work with you to rectify them.
What are your hours of support?
Our help-desk is open from 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday. It is closed on weekends and bank holidays.
Do you offer support 24/7?
Yes we do. We have engineers on call 24 hours per day/7 days per week. If you or your business needs extended hours of support then this can be tailored into your support agreement.
Will you support our third party software?
Yes. We want to be your first point of contact for ALL your technology needs and wants. If you use third party software like Sage then we’ll speak directly with them on your behalf. We’ll also deal with your internet service providers, telecoms suppliers and mobile phone companies so you can concentrate on running your business.
Can you supply hardware and software?
Yes we can. We can source hardware and software from any well known vendor at competitive pricing. We’re completely impartial.
Do you offer cloud IT solutions?
We install and support major cloud IT solutions such as Microsoft Office 365 and Google Apps. We also have our own cloud solutions which are based in our data centre, near to Leeds.
