How can you get started?
Step 1-Basic Introduction
If you contact us through our website we’ll arrange to call you at a suitable time. The purpose of the call is for us to get a rough idea about your business, its size and its IT challenges and frustrations. There won’t be any technical questions and the call won’t last longer than 10 minutes.
Step 2-Meeting at your offices
If we feel we can help your business, then we’ll arrange a meeting between you and our Managing Director, Jonathan Edwards at your offices. He’ll carry out a technical assessment and talk further with you about your business and the IT support service that you need. At the same meeting, Jonathan will be able to provide you with a quotation for our IT support services.
Step 3-Onboarding & training
If you’re happy with our quotation then all that is left to do is arrange a date which our IT services will begin. We’ll start our thorough preparation so the move is seamless. We’ll also introduce ourselves to your team and provide any training and literature they need to get the best out of our service.
