Get Started
Four steps to IT success and security
So you’d like to know what’s involved in us sorting out your IT, providing you with maintenance, systems and software that are secure and sophisticated. The question many clients ask at this point is, ‘How do we get started?’ So, without further ado, let’s get down to the nitty-gritty.
How to get started
At Integral IT, we follow a 4-step process. It’s simple, smart and easy to follow:
Step 1 - Quote
This is a written proposal that details what’s involved in our service as well as the cost. Fill in the form on this page and we will email to you your free-of-charge tailored quote. People prepare it, not a machine so give us a few hours to finalise! Once you’ve studied it, get back to us – we won’t bombard you with calls and emails so your response is invaluable. We can also clear up any queries and answer all questions. If you’re happy to proceed, we move on to Step 2.
Step 2 - Audit
Now we delve deep, looking at what your current IT is like. This is an essential step, enabling us to identify the strengths and weaknesses. The full audit will be carried out on-site at your premises with zero charges to you. Upon completion, you’ll receive an IT roadmap setting out the route we need to take to get things ship-shape.
Step 3 - Onboarding
Now the excitement begins. We agree on a start date for our IT support service, say hello to your team and let everyone know what we are about. If you have an existing IT company, we’ll also make contact with them to request information about your IT setup.
Step 4 - Go Live!
This is the day that your IT support from Integral IT goes live. You are now the proud owner of Full Peace of Mind as we take care of everything. Sit back and enjoy the benefits.
Quote Request
When your technology is right, so is your business. We apply our unique recipe of essential elements to ensure that your business thrives. Nothing is complicated and whether you have good knowledge of IT or very little, the process is the same. Begin the procedure today by requesting your free-of-charge and no-obligation quote.
