Appeal PR is a leading PR company based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. The company grew in size to have 7 members of staff. This meant they needed a solution which ensured all their important files were in a place where all staff could access them. A backup plan was also necessary to protect their data, including emails.

There was also a requirement to access their emails from various locations around the world.

We installed a Small Business Server 2003 on a powerful server. It was configured so that Appeal would host their own email so they could be in control of email addresses and so they could have a shared team calendar.

Backup was scheduled to run each evening to make sure that all their important data was saved. We configured the server with Microsoft Web Access & Remote Web Workplace to ensure that wherever the staff were, they could access their emails/PC's.
