We started working with TheBusinessDesk.com prior to the business launch in November 2007. We have since planned and implemented the IT for the new Manchester office that opened in September 2008. The business is web-based, relying on systems running at optimum levels at all times. We have linked both offices facilitating email and folders sharing. We have also implemented a remote access facility and mobile phone emails to enable journalists to manage time-critical breaking news updates.
